Our Villages
Every village in the Trans 50 portfolio offers its residents independent living which is no different to living in a security complex, except that one becomes a member of the village community. In general, our range of accommodation is sold on a life-rights basis, but occasionally, there is accommodation to rent.
The security and peace of mind of residents is of prime concern and to ensure this, we have controlled access and security guards on patrol at every village.
Trans 50 takes full responsibility for the ongoing maintenance of all communal facilities and the exteriors of homes, and keeps the gardens in beautiful condition. Each Trans 50 property is managed on a day-to-day basis by qualified and experienced staff, dedicated to the task. In this, they are ably supported and assisted by the management committee, which is elected by residents.
Before a new resident moves in, his / her abode is repainted inside and all necessary maintenance and repairs are undertaken.
With the exception of Jakaranda Park, clinic services are available around the clock at all villages.
