Trans-50 collects information through our website, other interactive properties, as well as the day-to-day, in-person operations through which the services are delivered.   • Health Information, when a resident has engaged Trans-50 for specific medical/nursing services;

  • Other information that may be exchanged in the course of engaging with the Services.  You will be aware of any subsequently collected information because it will come directly from you.

 

Purpose(s) of information collection:

The information we collect may be used for several purposes including:

  • to administer the Services to you;

  • to get your feedback regarding the services;
  • to distribute communications relevant to your use of the Services, such as system updates, policy information, information about your use of the Services;

Our primary source of information collection is directly from you.  In addition, we may collect certain personal or non-personal information using other sources, including:

We may share information we collect with the following categories of 3rd parties:
